Good Evening Swim Parents,

Our team uses the SwimTopia website to let us know if your swimmer will be participating in our first meet in Mifflinburg on Saturday, June 23^rd. Please see instructions below.

The first meet is ready to sign in or sign out: This meet is ready for swimmer declaration. Please login to our website (https://jerseyshoreswim.swimtopia.com ) using your Email address and password. If you haven’t already, please sign up by creating an account.

A few important notes before you declare your swimmer:

• Our first meet is away, on Saturday, June 23^rd.
• The meet will be held in Mifflinburg. We will forward directions and soon as we have them confirmed with the host team.
• We haven't been given a start time yet, but it is usually 9am.

TO DECLARE: Please click on the "Swim Meets" tab on the right side of the home page to access each individual swim meet. If you have forgot your password hit the "forgot your password" link.

You will see a green “Meet Entry” button beside the Away vs. Mifflinburg meet. Click it.

The Attendee column is for swimmer(s) sign in or sign out. Please click on the green "EDIT" to declare your swimmer(s) participation. In the pull down menu, next to each swimmers name, select one of the 2 options: Attending This Meet or Not Attending This Meet.

If you have more than one swimmer on the team, each of your swimmers must be declared individually. You may declare starting right now - you must be declared by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18th. You may edit any declaration for each meet up until this hard deadline. If plans should change, click on the Green Edit button.

It is very important that you select one of the above options. If you already know you will not be attending this meet, please select the second option "Not Attending".

It is critical that we know your attendance preference as a meet line-up is made in advance of the actual meet. Most swimmers will be placed in two individual events and two relay events. If a swimmer is placed in a relay event and does not show up to the meet, three other swimmers may not be able to swim the entered relays. There are always game day necessary changes because of swimmer sickness/illness. Please give of us as much advance notice as possible if this situation should occur prior to a meet.

After you declare your swimmer, a message window will display where you can leave a message of what are your swimmers event preferences. List in the order of preference. You can list up to three individual event(s) your swimmer would like to swim. Or you can leave blank and your swimmer will be placed in the events selected by their coach.

Also, after you declare your swimmer, you will be prompted to choose a volunteer position - please let us know where you are willing to volunteer. It takes all families volunteering to pull off a home meet.

********IMPORTANT*********

Remember to hit "Save" before you Exit. If you don't hit Save, your swimmer(s) attendance status will remain as undeclared. That's it!
