While we are not anticipating any problems and we have have very few situations in the past, we do want the kids to know that they will be held accountable for their actions. If a swimmer needs to be disciplined for behavioral problems, the coach will speak with the swimmer one-on-one. Parents will be notified if the behavior becomes disrespectful, disruptive or repetitive.
The following actions will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate removal of the swimmer from the program – physical abuse towards others; theft of any kind; vandalism or destruction of property.
Any parent complaint should be addressed first to a coach. For the safety of the swimmers, we ask that you present concerns before/after practice and not on the deck of the pool. If you feel the head coach has not addressed the situation, please address your concern to the Swim Team Board (contact information on this website). They will then look into the matter and respond back to you.
