Parents,

Volunteer Requirements – Each Family will need to volunteer in some capacity for at least 3 whole meets or 6 half meets. It takes a village to run a swim meet. Honestly.

Concessions Donations - Each Family is required to donate a food item to our home concessions stand.  Donation lists are available to choose from "inside" the home meet from the "Jobs" list. 

The team needs approximately 30 parent volunteers to start a home swim meet and we cannot start it until each position is filled. Please volunteer now.

Timers: You can sign up for a whole meet or a half meet. This gets you on the pool in the middle of the action! Best seat in the house to see your swimmer. Signing up to time will be done on line (SwimTopia). You go into the “Jobs” of the first home meet to sign up. Ask at practice if you are unsure of how. Sign up quickly to get your “favorite” Job.

Parent Age Group Helpers: We are looking for at least parent volunteers (Boys & Girls 8 & unders, 10 & under Boys/Girls; 12 & under Boys/Girls and 14 & under Boys/Girls) to commit to assisting the younger swimmers during the meets. It’s helpful to have the same helpers all season so you can get to know the swimmers however if you are not able to attend every meet, we would still appreciate your assistance. We need all the help we can get. Sign-ups will be on SwimTopia.

Concession Stand Donations & Volunteers: All families will need to donate food items for the concession stand for each of the three home meets. There is a sign up list in the “jobs” section of the first home meet that you can go in an pick your donation item. Veteran parents know to go in quickly to claim their favorite donation items! Sign in and sign up now!

Officials: We need to have more people trained to be officials. If you are interested please see Angie Johnson. We have a local trainer available to train groups of parents if they are interested.

Volunteer Tracking: SwimTopia tracks volunteer opportunities and volunteer registrations. To be sure your family is accounted for, please sign up in SwimTopia to help with timing, officiating, concessions, age-group parenting and food/drink donations. Each time you participate, your family is documented as having volunteered.
